Methodology
Institutional discipline, public transparency
Structured intake
Each witness report captures time, place, environmental conditions, movement, possible conventional explanations, and supporting media.
Classification
Cases are reviewed using a clear status and classification system: identified, probably identified, insufficient data, unknown, high-strangeness, or under investigation.
Public archive
Only cases cleared for publication are shown publicly, with privacy controls, summaries, media permissions, and investigation notes where appropriate.
